Absolutely read the product graphics before you purchase this product, because the details are extremely important. This product can ONLY be used with BRANDZIG syringes and ONLY for bottles with an outside neck diameter of 0.9-1.1 inches (25-27 mm). MEASURE YOUR BOTTLE. The packaging for this product DOES NOT say this information or have these measurements and it's easy to be confused as to why your syringe adapter does not fit your medicine bottle. The sizing could have been much more clear on the packaging; I went to the product page to see the measurements. I tried this syringe adapter with a variety of liquid medication products in my home, just to see if it would fit for ease of use. It did not fit any of the OTC children's liquid medications I had in my home. It did fit one of my larger medication bottles, but you may not be able to dictate what size bottle is being used if you are filling prescriptions. The syringe adapter is durable and, thankfully, I had a few BRANDZIG syringes at home - because the different-brand syringes I had DID NOT fit. Sometimes products that say "for xyz" work for other products, but this does not seem to be the case with the BRANDZIG syringe adapters. I did not experience any difficulty using this adapter. I was happy with this product's performance, although due to the size I have far more than I need! I would order this product again if I needed it, but I think that 50 will be more than enough for me.

These are excellent to have in hand for medicine bottles without the adapter built in. Makes using a syringe so much easier than having to stick it all the way down into a bottle.

The large size definitely doesn't fit the 0.9 - 1.1 bottles, as advertised. When I tried it, the adapter got stuck in the medication cap and it was almost impossible to remove it.

These work, but they are very difficult to put in the bottle. Also they have a lip around the edge that causes the lid not to fit properly. Instead of returning, I took a pair of scissors and trimmed the edges at the top off of it. I will more than likely choose a different brand next time

All of my kids prefer to take meds form a syringe vs the cups but I hated how sticky things would get sticking the syringe inside the bottle and having to peek at it again and again to get the right dose. The work perfectly to stop that and they fit all of our kids ibuprofen, allergy and Tylenol bottles. They also fit the orange bottles antibitcs for kids sometimes come in. No issues with leaking and it's so much easier to get the right dose now that I just have to tip the bottle and draw up the dose.

Great price on the 50 pack. I use these for animal medications. Some of those medications are on the expensive side or vets prescribe just enough for exact dosing and not accounting for the medicine that’s wasted on the outside when you dip the syringe in. This makes it easy and neat to dose and doesn’t leave a coating on the outside of the syringe which can sometimes tip the animal off as to what’s coming and make it more difficult to administer. Check your bottle neck size before ordering but I found regular slip tip syringes fit in these nicely

I ordered these to use with a bottle of Pepto-Bismol, but unfortunately, I must’ve misjudged the sizing. The adapter was exactly the same diameter as the bottle opening, which meant it couldn’t be inserted at all. It turns out these need to be measured with precision—close doesn’t cut it. Since this was my first time using a syringe adapter like this, I can’t speak to how it compares in overall quality. The material feels like a rigid, uniform plastic, and I do wonder if adding a bit of silicone around the edges might’ve offered enough flexibility to fit a wider range of bottle openings. Even though I couldn’t use the adapter for my original purpose, I still wanted to see how well it might work with other supplies I had on hand. What I didn’t expect was that the hole for the syringe only fits a very narrow, proprietary style. I tested every syringe I own, and only one fit—barely. So if you do plan to order these, you’ll likely also need to get a matching syringe set from the same brand, which adds to the hassle. Value: The current price is $8.99 USD for a 50-pack, which seems fairly average. But for personal or occasional use, 50 of the exact same size feels like overkill. A mixed-size variety pack would’ve made a lot more sense and might’ve made the purchase more worthwhile.
