Very fast delivery, beautiful airtight packaging, and delicious groats. I was afraid I wouldn't like it because I had never tried it before, but it's not bitter and cooks quickly. Recommended.

This is a good quality product, but this is the first time I've used it, and I found it very earthy/grassy smelling when it was cooking. I'm not a huge fan, but I will find a way to use it as it's very nutriitious.
