What is the caffeine content in these? i can’t find it anywhere-not even on your site.

Most of these have caffeine, but there is one pack of ten decaf.

can i return? these coffee pods are not the right ones

I tried to return because they sent six boxes of decaf and not the variety pack I ordered. You have to go through Customer Service if the product is damaged or the incorrect item. Once you get there, it's an easy process. However, you can't return just because you don't like it. I decided to keep the decaf, since I like Lavazza decaf the best, but hated the plastic capsules. I'll order the variety pack again.

How much water (oz) to brew a strong pod? I mean to get crema.

Although I cannot answer thecquestion, I recommend you use a Nespresso mavhine, and you will enjoy perfect cremation your espresso. We us a machine made by DeLonghi.
