Do they contain latex/natural rubber?

will they fit a Parker pen ?

Yes, these should fit over a standard Parker Pen.

How long do they last ?

It depends on use and what you are using them for. I have them on everything from paintbrushes to pencils, to crochet hooks to diamond painting pens. They have made a major difference with my dominant hand as far as grip. If you are a major crafter or have an office they come in handy for a lot of different things. If they don’t work, there is a rubber elastic type but the versatility with those is not the same nor is the quality.
