Awesome customer service I order cones and when i received them i was a bit skeptical beacuse on the cones there was a brown stains that i had not ever seen before considering i buy them all the time I reached out to customer service to try and get a better understanding why the cones had the brown stains, when customer service responded i was pleased to know that it was just the type of glue they use to make the cones and that nothing wasnt wrong with the cones With that being said, for the confusion they decided to send me replacement cones and a bag of goodies for the trouble, needless to say but if your weary about doing business with this company dont be support small businesses 🤙🏿

What else can I say that hasn’t already been said about these cones. Smooth, even burn that is just really hard to find anywhere else on the market. But besides the quality of the cone, the customer service might be even better! I had an issue with Amazon and had to reach out to the company for assistance. Before I knew it I was in contact with the owner, Keron, and he assured me everything would be taken care of. He did not lie, before I knew my cones arrived in the mail and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t see myself going with another company ever again!

These were the first cones I purchased, and I’m buying again. FWIW, the 1 1/4 size were sold out, so I tried these King size. The product I received is actually the 1 1/14 size..so it was technically incorrect, but it’s what I actually really wanted. These papers are thin, taste neutral to let the medicine shine, and burn perfectly. The package is sturdy, and works great, as long as you are careful taking the insert out of the tube. If you go too fast, the cones will catch, and crumple. Not an issue for me. Highly recommended.

Pretty good overall, just prefer the smaller size because the quality is more consistent in my opinion. i smoke a lot and i definitely love these papers, just these are for special occasions and not everyday use like the 1 1/4 size.

Honestly, what’s not to love? Organic, hemp, burns perfectly fine- and the price makes these very consistent cones a steal! This is my second purchase from this brand and I can honestly say, I’ll be buying Natural Mystic for my every day preroll and letting all my smoker friends know they can get 100 cones for just over $10!
