I take this about 3 to 4 times a week. It definitely helps my legs.

I prefer the venastat capsuls that are pinkish red not the body gold.
I had never gotten the body gold anywhere I had ordered them from. I have too many pills that are the goldish color. Then some bottles had only 60 pills in them instead of 105

I use this product to insure proper leg circulation, that is what its for.
important for me to know I am not having leg circulation issues. If I use this product , I have some varicose veins in my legs, then I am staying away from surgery on my varicose veins. I believe this herbal product helps me.
