My husband needed a wheelchair. There were steps leading into the house. Even the garage had stairs. I didn't want to build a ramp since we were renting. Portable was definitely the way to go. I was able to use this ramp even though I should have gotten a longer one. We simply didn't have room for a longer one. This worked well. It was a little bouncy until I got the included brace set up correctly. I had to secure it to the tops step to make sure it didn't wander. It was easy to set up and easy to take down when needed.

Screws missing. Brackets missing. Not sturdy. For the price, build one! Impossible to return due to weight. When you're handicapped, you are limited in mobility.

While these are a great product, when they arrived my caregiver found they were just too heavy to be used without being permanently left in place. The return process also took forever and I ended up having to contact Amazon to finalize the return and get my refund. If you wanted to permanently install I'm sure they would be wonderful

Ramp is great. Bottom section of ramp not sturdy. One part of hinge holding the two sections together is missing and another hinge is not riveted down. Third hinge is not riveted tight. Need hinge, this part is missing. All of this manufactured defect is on the one same bottom section. Can you help me.

Needed a wheelchair ramp in front of the shop, so I got this 12 feet ramp. The ramp itself comes in 2 separate pieces which makes it easy to carry and set up. Took me around 5 min. It is sturdy and has 4 aluminum legs and also comes with a separate extra leg for extra sturdiness I'm happy with the purchase and recommend

Scary to use. Chance of wheelchair wheels going over edge. Tried to use once , but the going over the edge on the first try. Took it apart purchased a safe ramp for wheel chair. Don’t buy, worthless waste of retired person with limited income.

It was a great product but after we received it my son who has recently become disabled decided to do something else. I would recommend the product

Purchased the product for a wheelchair ramp. As per the instructions it should be quite simple to put together if the pieces were made correctly with no manufacturers defects. Incorrect screw size was used on the base which prevented the horizontal screw from passing the vertical screw. The brace itself was bent - it was a terrible experience, I should have boxed it up and returned it. I had to get a replacement ramp and needed parts from both boxes to put the brace together.
