This eyeliner really impressed me with both its performance and staying power. The color payoff is rich and bold, and it glides on smoothly without tugging at the skin. What stood out most is how long-lasting it is. Once it sets, it stays put all day without smudging or fading—even through heat and long wear. It’s perfect for anyone who wants a reliable eyeliner that doesn’t require constant touch-ups. The tip allows for precise application, whether you’re going for a thin line or a more dramatic look. It’s beginner-friendly but also great for more detailed makeup styles. I picked up the Wonderskin eyeliner in Gold Mocha kind of on a whim, and now I use it almost every day. The color is really pretty- it’s a brown base with a soft gold shimmer, but it doesn’t look too sparkly or over the top. Just makes the eyes look a bit brighter and more “put together.” It goes on super smoothly, no tugging, which I appreciate because my eyes are a bit sensitive. I usually smudge it a little right after applying, and then it sets and doesn’t move. I wore it all day running around and it stayed in place way better than I expected. Also like that it’s not as harsh as black liner- looks softer for everyday. Overall, just an easy, reliable pencil that actually lasts.

So far I’m enjoying this eyeliner but if you’re looking for clean/ precise lines, this isn’t it. Pros: The formula is VERY creamy and goes on easily, it stays in place once it sets for about 20 seconds or so. Cons: when using this formula there is a learning curve that not everyone will have the patience for. Sharpening can be a pain and really messy. The tip breaks easily and the bits that come off will stain everything it touches including your skin and clothing. Because of that, getting a sharp point is difficult and expensive and it doesn’t last more than a few swipes. It also clumps up in your eyelashes when you try to fill in the space between your lid and waterline and you have to be quick about correcting your mistakes (I suggest getting the sharp Qtips meant for manicures). It does smear/ run if your eye gets watery. The video I took is self explanatory aside from the last line, I used an oil based face cleanser to remove that line. As for the pictures, the first is right after I applied it, the second was after I slept with in on (specifically for this review), and the last was after I used the oil based cleanser to remove it. All in all, yes there are more cons but I enjoy how dark it is and the way it makes my eyes look once I have it on. I’ve been using a liquid liner to clean up the edges and I think with time and experience it will get easier to apply.

Don’t believe the hype. All the social media ads that show how wonderful this eyeliner is fell for the hype like I did. This eyeliner does go on smooth but does not stay on as advertised nor does it glide on evenly. I have tried all the tricks to make it stay on-like drying my waterline with a q-tip and allowing it to dry for 30 sec before blinking like normal. Whatever I do-it still needs a few swipes to make the color bold and it still comes off quickly-or smears all over my under eye. Nope-a drug store brand is better-especially for an eyeliner at this price point. This is the second makeup product that I have ordered from Wonderskin and have been disappointed. Do better! And for anyone reading-let’s collectively stop falling for brands that are hyped up. I know I’ve learned my lesson!

I finally found an eyeliner that doesn't smudge and smear, and it lasts for hours. It's true black in color and it glides very smoothly when I apply it, and it doesn't irritate my eyes at all. I remove it with micellar water and it comes off pretty easy, I don't have to keep pulling and tugging to get it off at the end of the day. I've purchased more expensive eyeliner in the past looking for one that stayed true to its claims and I was usually disappointed, but this one is a keeper! I highly recommend it

I really and truly love this eyeliner. It goes on so smoothly and stays put all day on my waterline, without migrating above or below. It stays where I put it. The black is a deep, rich black. Why 4 stars instead of 5 you ask? Two reasons. 1) I do NOT like that a single sharpening of this pencil yields just two -- maaaaybe 3 -- uses before needing to be sharpened again. And 2) if you happen to be in a hurry and fail to sharpen on schedule (which also wastes a certain amount of product), you risk scratching and maybe damaging your eyeball (ask me how I know this). That part is positively AWFUL! Please, WONDERSKIN, consider a twist-up version for this terrific product.

After reading all of the reviews, I purchased these liners expecting them to glide on and stay on. I purchased the licorice and the brown sugar. They do not glide on smoothly. I have tried everything and even tried to watch videos of others applying them to see what I'm doing wrong. And they absolutely do not stay on the water line. One girl mentioned that after 24 hours it was still on and one girl in a post mentions she could wear it for 5 days. Not even close. I was extra careful to make sure the liner "set" before letting anything touch it and it still did not stay on. Save your money.
