What is the “work” button on the controller for?

The work button shows the mask is on and "working".

Does this product heat the Maxillary sinus areas well?

This was a recent purchase for me; and, as such, my usage has been somewhat limited to date. With that caveat, I have found that the product does a good job in the maxillary sinus area, as compared to that of the frontal sinus area, which I would rate as slightly better. Hope that helps!

Will this relieve the runny nose symptoms ??

No, it only relieves the congestion and associated pressure.

Any way this can be used with something to provide moisture? Like even a damp paper towel under it?

Hi, because of the electrical components it's not recommended to use it in such a way. This is a direct heat (think heating pad but for your sinuses). Thank you for your interest!
