Vaello La Valenciana 540 Honda Polished Steel Pan with Single Handle, 40 cm, Wood, Silver

The picture shown isn't the item you will get - but for the price paid, I cannot complain. The item is 28cm in diameter, but it is more of a flat wok than a frying pan. The rim stands about 7cm from the bottom. The handle is not horizontal - it sticks out 45 degrees - as you would expect on a wok.For the price paid though - not bad. Ideal for the campfire and it will last a fairly long time if seasoned properly.

A fundamental necessity in the kitchen - as with all de Buyer kitchen cooking products. Something that the French really excel at

Very poor quality thin metal pan which gets very hot, very quickly. Food burns and sticks, despite pre-seasoning it. Only used it twice and has now gone rusty so will have to throw it away for health & safety reasons.

Complete pants - ordered four of these on Amazon Prime for my Scouts - be warned these are nothing like the pictures - they are huge woks with handles definitely not frying pans and weigh 2 kg each when empty - it cost me over £20 to return
