Hi, the scooter developed a rattle and we can't understand what rattles. Everything seems fine. Any ideas?

Check the inside wheel bolt at front as ours was making a rattle the wheel came off this am and the bolt sheared

Is this suitable for 11-16 year olds?

Yes, we bought this for our 5 y old but her older sister 10y loves riding it. It takes the weight of an adult . I have got on it few times and even my husband had a go. Hope this helps
