Unsure whether to buy the small or medium, can't find the size chart anywhere. He is 4 and the diameter of his thumb is 16mm.

I'd buy a smaller of the 2. That being said, if it's too big, it won't fit on the thumb and can easily be pried off. My 4 yr old slipped the hand me down from her 6 yr old sister right off time am time again like a game. If its a bit snuggle it will be easier to keep on and harder for the sneaky heathen to remove.

Is this for right hand or left hand??my son's sucking only his left thumb

You can use it with either hand, my daughter used to suck her left thumb also.

my daughter is 4months old and she sucks her left thumb, what size is suitable for her?

Hi Maha, The straps on the small size are adjustable to any size hand (4 and younger), so it can work. However, you should know that the tube itself is not adjustable; it is optimized for children ages 2-3. You can trim the tube if you'd like. Overall, it's possible, and should work if you would like to break the habit earlier. Kind regards, MED et al, Inc.

May I please know the exact measurements of size Small? (1) Height of cone, (2) top diameter of cone and (3) bottom diameter of cone.

Cone is 1 1/2"top diameter is 1 1/2 centimetersBottom diameter is 2 1/4 centimters

Designed to be safe, fun, painless, and most of all, effective, TGuard ThumbGuard is guaranteed to stop thumb sucking by eliminating what makes it pleasurable: the suction that occurs when the child tries to suck his or her thumbs. This suction is the primary element responsible for pleasure, and is the sole reason why children cannot help but prolong this harmful habit. In order to break the suction, the soft, flexible, non-toxic plastic tube creates a channel for air to flow; which breaks the suction without causing any pain or discomfort. By breaking the suction, you are breaking the habit, and ThumbGuard does this safely and easily within 30 days. No more messy nail polishes full of chemicals, or fabric-based solutions that your child can remove; try a gentle, non-intrusive approach that parents, pediatricians, and dentists have recommended for over 20 years: TGuard ThumbGuard.

It just took one day for my four year old child to figure out how to take his thumb out and suck it so it didn’t help at all considering how expensive it was. Can never recommend to anyone sorry.
