Are these 100% tellicherry peppercorns or a mix of regular black peppercorns and tellicherry peppercorns?

From what I can tell, it is all 100% tellicherry black peppercorns. There is no mix in it. Ingredients: Tellicherry Black Pepper. it says, "Tellicherry peppercorn is harvested from black pepper plant on the southern coast of india. It has been dehydrated naturally under the sunlight to preserve its nutrients. Tellicherry peppercorn is the finest quality available." So if you could check in that area to see if they have other types of black pepper corn you could maybe know if they mixed it but I doubt it.

GMO stands for genetically modified organism there is no GM pepper its not a thing but then I've seen salt labeled as non GMO and sold at a premium and that is a mineral with no genetic structure to modify so....

What is the taste difference between viva doria tellicherry peppercorn & viva doria malabar peppercorn?

Peppercorns are picked, dried, then sorted & named. Tellicherry peppercorns are the largest. They’re more aromatic & flavorful with a little less heat.

The ad says steam sterilized, but not the package. how do i know they really are? it was the reason i bought the product.

A highly regarded chef/author recommended this peppercorn years ago. Foods are required by the FDA to provide honest ingredients and food preparation. You can always write/contact the mgr or seller.
