York B540 Heavy Duty 2 in 1 Barbell Bench & Squat Stand The York B540 2 in 1 weight bench is an incredibly adaptable piece of home gym equipment. The bench not only has has five backrest positions from decline through to 90 degrees incline, and a solid barbell rack it also features a squat rack at the rear. The heavy duty uprights make barbell work safe and secure with the bar holders reversible for use when squatting. The backrest position is easily changeable by lifting the backrest and repositioning the support bar in the desired location. The York 540 bench come with the leg press attachment included. This can be loaded with 1” Standard Cast plates and features large, comfortable and protective foam rollers for your leg curl exercises. Available to purchase separately are a York arm curl pad and York lateral tower attachments. These attachments further increase the versatility and provide an all over body workout from just the one bench. The two unused attachments can be store conveniently behind the bench to ensure your workout area is kept safe and tidy. Also at the rear of the bench there are two storage pegs for extra 1” standard cast plates so you can quickly change barbell loads. The bench folds up for convenient storage when not in use.
