Excellent burger substitute
This is an excellent hamburger substitute! Tastes great! Looks awful in a can though. But, get over it - it’s SO worth it! I scrape it out with a fork, break it up and love to use it for chili, veggie burger meatloaf, taco protein sautéed with onions and peppers, mixed with salsa. Also excellent for bolognese and lasagna! Carnivores say this tastes so much better than meat!

Buyer beware
8 out of the 12 SMALL cans were damaged/bent/deformed. Most of the labels were on the dirty cans upside down. Upon opening one, there was some thick white unidentifiable substance surrounding what looks like old product. I used to pay the big bucks for this product-never again. I got a refund.
