Description
Product Description Developed over eighty years ago by Joseph Pilates (pi-lah-tis), the Pilates Method is used increasingly in medicine, top-level sport and performing arts. It is a unique body conditioning regime which changes both the way you look and the way you move. Working on the deep postural muscles of the body. Pilates rebalances muscle groups, brings your body correct postural alignment and restores natural, normal movement. Your overall health and apperance will improve as your body becomes longer, leaner and more toned. "The beauty of Pilates is that although the exercises look deceptively easy, you get fabulous results because you are working so precisely." - Lynne Robinson

PILATES CLASS
I teach Pilates and use this CD when teaching at schools. The CD is perfect for Pilates providing an inobtrusive and harmonious musical backdrop for my class with tracks that are relaxing for those attending whilst allowing me to teach and speak without being distracted. A beautiful CD which you won't grow tired of.

The right tempo
Standard Pilates music for home or formal classes. It will not disappoint if your sessions need the slow rhythm required.
