Excelent product
I looked at a wide range of medical style scissors before buying these. Some other producte had been lightly sprayed with cheap paint, in the photos you could already see it starting to chip off. Some were misleading with the term 'TITANIUM' in the descrip[tion , but on looking futrher they were just steel. Iam delighted with this poroduct, well made and cutting cleanly due to a good serated blade. Cuts fabric, bandages and paper with ease. A good purchase will last me a long long time.

Super impressed with these
Inexpensive, but do the job. I kept these in the kitchen for a while to test their robustness and sharpness and was so impressed I left them there and bought another pair. Great for the price - and a backup to my Leatherman Raptors.

Excellent tool for medicine
I work in a hospital and a lot of the time have to cut some quite difficult material. These scissors are really sturdy, sharp and safe. Great product and great price.

Good enough for a first aid kit
I can't comment on longevity of these scissors as they are being used for defibrillator kits and hopefully won't need to be used on a regular basis. Not the strongest scissors, but for the price they are good enough. I bought 2 pairs and I tried them out on some old rags. Both pairs sliced through the material with relative ease. The flattened end should ensure that you won't inadvertently stab or slice open the patient. They are pretty sharp, so not suitable for children. Hopefully I won't need to use them, but I am confident they will do the job when needed.

Great price and good at being scissors
3-4 months depending on usage (in terms of sharpness over time). These scissors have been very reliable for their price in my hospital work as I use them on every shift, I average at around 3 months with heavy usage. Their bright colour also helps to spot them quickly and feel somewhat sturdy (regardless of the times they fell out of my pocket ahaha). A must buy.

and superior handles. They have considerable cutting power
I have serious doubts that these are original Tuff Kut scissors. I have genuine original scissors, marked 'Made in Sheffield", with a different point, and superior handles. They have considerable cutting power; my fear with these scissors is that to cut anything substantial could result in severe damage to the holding fingers, the grips seem so flimsy. They are just OK for light tasks; the genuine Tuff Cut would be justifiably 5 star. I would be delighted to be corrected in my impression, so I'll look for further comment
