I ordered a 12, and they are a touch on the small side. 13 would probably be too big (no 12.5 available). Do these shoes stretch?

I had size 9 and they have stretched about half a size

Can you arrange a refund in case they don't fit?

Yes distance selling regulations give you this ability to return if not right. Just check the sellers terms or contact them to arrange a return.

Have Vans got reasonable arch support or are the flat like original Converse?

Nope, after several years of wearing Vans on a regular basis, my arches are starting to drop & I have plantar fasciitis in one of my heels. Don't get me wrong, atwoods, Old Schools & other Vans trainers are pretty good but if you're after arch support, you something with their comfycush technology

do they arrive in a vans box?

Mine were delivered in a box in a van by a man. /joke haha
