The neckband material and it's overall quality is good. Full recommendation. I will recommend Boat company to use same neckband material for all bands.

Don't by this product if you really don't want to waste your valuable time. Please read till end, I'm sharing my own experience... I bought it from Amazon and received on 15th August 23. Firstly the material used in this prod5is very low quality. A bad odour is coming just after opened the box. Just after switching on the neckband, first problem I've seen that sounds delay. While I was playing a shooting game, there's no sound of fire. I'm shocked that what's happening!! Then I checked all settings and it was okay. Then I gone for checking video streaming. I opened YouTube shorts and the problem is same here also. Video started but the first word i can't hear and it's happened with every video. This is very problematic yarr.. Now I'll tell you the call quality.. it's also highly disappointing. It's never cancelled any noise, Even add more air noise in call ... even your room's ceiling fan running in slow speed, it's air noise also captured and the other person in the other end can't hear your voice properly. Then I decided to replace the product after 1 day. The new neckband came just next day. But the same problem. Too much dissatisfied from Amazon. And finall I decided to return the product. I'll suggest don't buy the product. Now comes to the point: PROS: 1. Magnetic Earbuds (Connection on/off) and it's very fast really. 2. Battery backup not up to the mark but okay. 3. Mp3/Video Sounds are very clear. 4. Inbuilt Ringing Alert is a very good features will hep you even your phone isn't in front of you 5. Full charge in 40-45 mins. CONS: 1. THE BIGGEST CONS IS IT'S SOUND DELAY (as i described in first column) OF 1- 1.5 SEC. 2. CALL QUALITY VERY BAD. ELECTRONIC BEEPS SOUND COMING WHILE CALLING. 3. YOU CAN'T WEAR IT ABOVE 30 MIN CONTINUE. YOUR EARS WILL PAIN. 4. LOW QUALITY MATERIAL USED. AS IT SPREAD ODOUR. 5. ENX NOT WORKING. ITS ADDING MORE NOISE. OTHERS PERSON CAN'T HEAR YOUR VOICE PROPERLY IF YOU AR MOVING OR ANY FAN RUNNING NEAR YOU. 6. WIRE AND EARTIP QUALITY ALSO LOW. NOW IT'S ON YOU THAT YOU BUY OR DON'T.
