Does this sunscreen also count as a moisturizer?

I put it on after my moisturizer. I started using it because it does not turn white. I sometimes use it by itself.

Honestly it smells awful. It's got a very strong fragrance. And I had to wash my face to remove it, it gave me such a big headache. It kind of reminds me of old lady for lack of a better description.

I have normal skin during summer and dry skin during winter. wouldt this be too heavy or oily for me?

It’s super lightweight and creamy leaving your skin flawless. Definitely not oily but enough to feel moisturized.
