Venum "Kontact Gel Glove Wraps, Black

Overall, these glove wraps are good and comfortable to use. They work well for training, but after around 2–3 months of regular use, the finger loop started to tear. I expected them to last a bit longer, but otherwise they are a good product.

I started taking a HIIT (high intensity interval training) boxing class twice a week. This involves bag work but no sparring. I was using the provided gloves and wraps but decided it was more hygienic to get my own so I was looking for inexpensive but quality gloves and warps. Several boxing blogs recommended Venum. I've now been using these wraps for two weeks in conjunction with the Venum Challenger 2.0 Gloves Venum Challenger 2.0 Boxing Glove 14 oz, black/black , and they're great. I was a little nervous when I first tried them on and before my first class with them. they seemed very tight and my hands are what I would consider medium. Turns out this was just new product stiffness and they totally softened up during that first class. Subsequent classes have proven they are quite comfortable. The gel protection on the knuckles is great and there is plenty of wrap to wrap your wrists up nice and snug. They are easy to put on. As for care, I wipe off the neoprene glove part with anti-bacterial wipes after every class then lay them out in the sun with the wraps completely unfurled until they dry. I do the same with the boxing gloves I wear. It says they are machine washable in cold water but do not put them in a dryer. I haven't washed them yet but probably will in another couple of weeks.

Good overall and handle well. They are worth it

I actually like these a lot. I'm a muay thai beginner and wanted something that I could wear easily under my gloves. I know that eventually I'll learn the wraps, but for now these are great. They're so damn easy to put on. The wrap part is really long like others have said, so it basically looks like normal wraps - it just doesn't wrap betweens your knuckles or over your palm - but you get plenty of wrist protection. I just washed mine for the first time with cold water and light detergent. The gel isn't too thick, so it works nice under my 16 oz muay thai gloves. It's basically exactly what I was looking for. I'm new to martial arts, but I like Venum gear... I have their stand up shin pads too, and they work well.

Excellent hand wraps. Despite what others have said you can certainly use these on a heavy bag and you will be fine. It all depends on how much protection you want. Of course you can hurt your fingers and thumbs more with these types of wraps then if you're wearing boxing gloves but that's obvious and to be expected. I think the great wraps. The first set I received were all torn apart with the stitching but I returned them and they were immediately replaced with perfectly good ones and I even bought a second pair which were perfectly stitched. I don't understand why people give low ratings for products that are defective when the manufacture is happy to take them back and replace them with good ones. Mistakes happen that is to be understood. So long as the manufacture backs up their products and takes care of the customer, I am happy. These are excellent hand wraps. Feel comfortable in buying them

I have been training MMA/Kickboxing since 2008. Sometimes I just get tired of spending time wrapping my hands before training. So I picked these up. The Gel pad is perfect, sometimes I don't wrap perfectly and it shows, you get consistency with this product. Plus there's plenty of wrap to secure your wrist. One minor downside is that when I am training and have to hold pads for my partner, it's harder to squeeze into Thai pads since the gel pad is kinda static.

The good - These gloves are nice, and feel good under my heavy gloves. The bad - They tore second time I tried them on, and I dont mean after the second use. Looks like they went out a bit to far when sewing in the hell pad around the knuckles.

I took a shot at these as they were new(ish) and had received positive feedback from another user. A couple things threw me off from the beginning though. The picture was more of a rendering rather than an actual picture of the product, so I didn't know entirely what to expect. Also this listing doesn't say anywhere on it about sizing, I knew that was wrong but thought I'd give them a go as I needed a new backup pair. When I received the clearly marked Large wraps (which luckily was the size I wear) I immediately noticed that these are very low quality hand wraps. The neoprene was very thin and the stitching all the way around was really not done well. This is something that I would expect from a pair of $5 wraps to be honest. At this price point you would expect them to exceed the quality of others like Fighting Sports Pro Gel Glove Wraps or these which are my primary wraps and cost less Title Boxing Platinum Hybrid Gel Fist Wraps . All and all disappointed in the wraps, sent them back for a full refund.

格好良いです！ 簡単な拳の保護ならこれで大丈夫。

Great gel glove with 2m long wraps. Good for heavy bag workout with 20oz heavy hitter gloves. The 2m long wraps allows me to wrap my knuckles, thumb and wrist to ensure it's tight and prevent injury during heavy bag workout. 👍👍👍
