Received A4507 NO Nipple.. i'm nippleLess

Paid more to get best but " Received A4507 NO Nipple line.." A6592 was ok then got compatability 8974 8898 8986 but refrences say compatable for 1998 Honda accord 4door ex 3.0 Parts Look Great almost perfict order but... Can you send me my missing nipple...? I'm feeling my work will be lacking without it..and it might be noticeable to other guys in the shop. Sincerly, broke guy P.S playing STP half the man I used to be on loop till it arrives....
