Very nice set of detailed brush set. These are all very miniature and can paint the smallest details. It comes with a variety of shapes and sizes and I found it covered all areas of minor details I needed to cover in my painting. I liked the variety and the fact that there were so many to chose from. I didn't have to make a brush work for me. There was always a brush that was exactly what I needed. They are well made and easy to clean. They hold up well and are lightweight, but sturdy. My favorites so far at a reasonable price.

Well made ferrules, normal length slightly thin handle. They're a little stiff at first but follow countours after a bit of working. Good enough for tabletop standard miniatures. It's not a kolinsky and it doesn't pretend to be.

I keep looking for the perfect detail brushes. I try many different kinds. Expensive ones. Inexpensive ones. I keep coming back to these. So far these have lasted me the longest. I try not to leave them in water for very long. I am an acrylic artist and paint on cotton canvas board that can be really hard on brushes. I have ordered four or five sets of these over the past 5 years. I paint mostly small canvases....5 x 7, 6 x 6, or 8 x 10....once in a while I get wild and paint a 9 x 12.

These look like perfectly fine detail paint brushes especially for the price and I'm hopeful they were serve me well enough for my detailed pet portrait painting. The only thing I would say is that I think they could be better packaged because out of 15 brushes 7 did not have the protective plastic casing around the bristles. The casings were off to the side or above brushes. Either that or the packaging is too loose to allow for movement. Otherwise product appears fine.

I've purchased quite a few brushes for my nail art over the years and am always disappointed in them. These brushes worked wonderfully and at such a low price! I was able to hand paint detailed little feathers on my nails with no trouble using acrylic paint. The brush held onto the paint and distributed it evenly. Very happy with this purchase.

I finally got the chance to use these brushes for a crafts project. They helped me out in two areas: painting an outline of my vision, and handwriting. This was put to the test on a jug with gouache paint. This did help me with making out the final details, as well as making the handwritten letters look fantastic. It also made my final project look so good that the person who received this gift was extremely happy about it. If you're looking for some good brushes to help you out with fine details, I'd suggest giving these a try.

I recently used these on a pet portrait commission of 6 foster dogs for a woman at the humane society. They were a pleasure to work with in oils. The paint load and absorption to the brush was smooth and didn’t “goop up”. I found the spot and liner to be very useful for adding details to the fur and eyes. Arteza makes quality products and while I’m not sponsored, I’ve been loyal to the brand for the most part and satisfied with their products. The brushes easily washed clean with minimal to no residual paint. I’m quite happy with these brushes vs some of the other detail brushes I’ve bought on amazon.

There is every shape here you could need for tiny paintings and details. I've used them for watercolors, acrylics, and iridescent paint. I bought a set of tiny brushes for half the price, but they were junk. I'm very happy with these.
