Click Memories Hand Casting Kit Infant Pack makes it easy to learn this fun and potentially lucrative art form in the privacy of your home. This keepsake kit produces a wonderful replica of the hand of an infant hand. Kit Contains: 1 Pack of Molding Powder : 175 gms. 1 Pack of Casting Powder 250 gms. Instruction Manual. Kit is recommended for creating 1-2 baby cast of infants. NOTE:You will need to work quickly to make your mold. Step 1:- a) Measure exactly 500ml of cool to cold water (room temperature) and pour it into the molding container. Do not use warm water; the mould will set too quickly. b) Empty the step 1st packet of molding powder into the molding container while mixing c) Mix quickly and thoroughly for 1 minute d) Apply some moisturizing oil and insert the hand/feet into the container. Make sure the hands are completely covered with molding material but not touching the bottom or sides of the container. e) Now, test it by touching the top of the material with your finger, it should not stick to your finger, if it does then wait for some time to set it completely. f) Pull out the hand/foot carefully, now your mould is ready. g) Take the mould out of the container and keep it aside and then go for step 2nd Step 2:- a) Put 100ml water in a container and mix step 2 in it and mix it. b) Fill this mixture in the mould until its half full c) Tap the sides of the mould to get rid of air bubbles and fill the mould completely d) Leave it to dry for 3-4 hours. e) When cast has set, remove the soft mold taking care not to break any delicate parts. Important instructions: - Be quick while mixing/stirring the molding powder. Choose appropriate container/ size.
