Minimalist way to get a better night of rest and sleep.
Gentle and effective. I use these when I have to sleep in an unfamiliar place. It is helpful in feeling more ready to sleep. No drowsiness or feeling of being drugged whatsoever.

Works really well definitely to sleep good I woke up a little bit of a hangover type of thing so make sure you take supplement early in the evening before bed

Works for me
I've read all the reviews on Amazon for this product and it's clear that it works differently for different users. I took two pills the first night and it knocked me for a loop! I felt groggy the whole next day. The second night I just took one, and the experience was better, though I still felt a little foggy the next morning. I think it takes a few days to adjust and I've felt clear-headed and refreshed for the past few mornings. It definitely helps me fall asleep faster and if I wake up in the night, I'm able to fall back to sleep. (I used to be awake between 3 and 6 EVERY night). I only saw one reviewer mention gastric distress, but it is a potential side effect and I find that, to put it delicately, I can't leave the house in the morning until the effects on my digestive system have worn off. I've also read that you shouldn't take this for more than 12 weeks, so I will probably taper off when I near the end of this bottle and see how I sleep when I no longer take it. I don't work outside the home so it's not a problem for me.

Sad there is no return policy
Not for me. I love this company's Kavinace so I tried this as well. This one makes me woozy feeling like cold medicine and interfered with my ability to fall asleep. Very uncomfortable and I wish I were permitted to return it.
