Can squish the bead fillings to just the perfect adjustment for my neck.

I needed something a bit softer than memory foam for a week of nightly use and this microbead pillow was a good choice. It’s definitely easier on the neck for sleeping every night and the velvety side feels cozy against my skin. The quality is solid and the button closure on the front helps keep it in place. The only downside is that no matter which side I use it warms up my neck area and so I've been waking up sweaty compared to when I use my memory foam one. Would be great if it came with a removable cover to wash. Overall, it's been a great option, comfortable without that stiff foam feel.

I sleep in my recliner due to back issues. Until I purchased this pillow, my neck would tip to the side while sleeping which woke me up. Also, the back of my head became uncomfortable after resting on the dense headrest for a while. This pillow alleviates both problems. I am finally able to get a good night’s sleep. The pillow supports my head well and is very comfortable for the entire night. This is a replacement for one I used for five years. It is more supportive when brand new. Over time, it becomes softer. I prefer it that way. The instructions say not to wash it in a washing machine and to spot clean. I put my old pillow in a zippered mesh bag in the washing machine on the gentle cycle. I also dried it in the drier on medium for about 30 minutes and hung it up to dry for the rest of the drying time. I had no problems washing it in the machine. It turned out great every time. I have tried six or seven different brands and styles of neck pillows. This one is my favorite by far. Highly recommend.

The product is great but the delivery is awful… If I had wanted USPS delivery I wouldn’t need to use Amazon.

First of all, this pillow is terrifically comfortable and lightweight. It has one smooth side and one side like velour which is a little warmer if you get cold. It also feels weightless to carry around if you're concerned about lugging around a heavy pillow. However, it's biggest downfall is the cheezy little plastic snap. Unlike other pillows with a hook or loop, the only thing which keeps this pillow attached to your backpack or carry on is a little plastic snap that will not stay closed and comes unsnapped with the slightest bump. On my maiden trip with the pillow, it came unsnapped and fell off my backpack twice. Both times fellow travelers alerted me that it had fallen off so I didn't loose it, otherwise, it would be gone. To fix this, I am going to take the ridiculously large plastic like tags (2 of them), sew them together and put in a grommet that I can clip to my pack. Were it not for this little hack, I would look for another one. I'll let you know if it works. UPDATE: The last photo I added was my attempt to make this product a little more travel friendly. I took that otherwise ridiculously large tag, folded it in half to add thickness and added a brass grommet that easily accomodates a little clip that will securely attach to my carry-on. I think the tag will hold because it is a tyvek type material which is rip resistant. And it is actually two tags so it gives quite a bit of support. I'm happy with the pillow now, but wish it would have had something like this when i bought it instead of having to do my own mod.

Fantastic for a long flight to Hawaii!! Easy to clean and store for another exciting trip! The snap was easy to use to put around our carry-on suitcase when walking to and from several gates at the airport.

Well, my mom absolutely loves it! She has one originally when I first started taking care of her seven years ago. But several years ago, my grandson decided to use it for a baseball and destroyed it, and I’ve been looking for one ever since and finally found this one, and my mom is a happy camper now and will not leave the house without it! Yay, Mama is happy! 😊
