Is the switch panel waterproof?

Probably not if it will immersed. It appears to be consistent with other panel-mounted mounted switches so is probably water resistant. Mine is mounted on a sailboat pedestal.

Can this be wired to turn on a bilge pump at the same time?

No. You would place this above your primary automatic bilge as a warning for bilge pump failure.

What is the dimensions of the switch and the sensor

Roughly the switch is 2x1 1/2” plus trim ring. The water detector is 3x11/2”.

Does this alarm draw current when detection is enabled? How much?

I checked the current draw, there is less than 1ma while in the detection mode. When powered off, the meter indicated the same reading. I also verified meter function.
