If only I'd known Victorian dresses were knee length
Seriously! Knee length!Who in the world would have expected that?I'm only 5'5" so it's not like I'm a giant or anything. What a joke. And don't get me started on "expedited shipping." I ordered it in September - expedited. Should have been plenty of time for Halloween. And it would have been - if Halloween was the second week of November. And I was a foot shorter.I thought it was a great price for an awesome dress.I was wrong.The dresses quality is exactly what I paid for. And I can't even wear it unless I make pricey alterations to it.On the plus side - my local high school got a great donation from me, so there's that.

A very pretty piece but the size is Smaller than listed.
This piece is very pretty for the price a. Take into account that it is smaller than the listed sizes but again a very pretty piece.

Very short skirt.
Much shorter skirt than photo. At least 24” shorter than expected. Workmanship throughout dress was good quality.

Od proportion for me. Costume-like fabric. Expected different.

The dress is already falling apart and my daughter only wore it one one of the bows was barely sown on when it arrived.. Expect to have to sow a lot

Does not really look like photo. Too short and too tight. Material is nice and when altered will look good for play I’m in.
