I teach middle school and they love to experiment even to be destructive. Dry erase takes off Sharpie. I prefer Expo black because that color doesn't stain or leave a residue, and it is easily removed. Take a black expo marker and scrub the sharpie whether it be dry erase board, desk, plastic binder cover, plastic coated book covers, IDs, basily anything not paper or cardboard until the sharpie is gone. You will have dry erase marker, so take a wipe and wipe it off. If its dry erase board can use dry erase board cleaner. FYI: can also restore the finish of dry erase board with Turtle car wax. Coat on Friday, let sit over the weekend and wipe off on Monday or Sunday if you dont want to get to work earlier than usual. Also from 16yrs teaching experience expo brand markers are best; however, can save a buck using baby wipes to clear the board especially on a board that has lost its finish.

Do these write well on slick surfaces or do the colors "bead up?" I need to personalize ver special memory books with very slick covers.

These are solvent based markers and should adhere permanently to almost any surface. Most markers that bead up on non porous surfaces are water based.

I tend to get bleach spots on my cloth, mostly arms, get they be used for touch ups?

These markers work much better for darker materials with accidental bleach spots. Black marker is best color followed by other darker marker colors. Likely need a few touch up coats and best if they're not large spots nor in a very obvious place on the garment. I've also hid or re-colored (smaller/medium) design logos to my liking with Sharpies.
