NOT black at all. Standard white opal.
Nice color for what it is NOT even close to black opal color.. NOT close to size. supposed to be 10x11 mm received was 6x18 mm. For $9.00 US, I guess I'll keep it.

Not Black Opal
Not a black fire opal at all. Very tiny, fits on a dime. Very little actual opal in the stone. Not suitable for jewelry crafting. Very dissapointed. Some people get what they ordered some don't. It really is a roll of the dice. Will not be purchasing from this vendor again. Buyer cautioned ⚠️

Waste of Money
Total waste of money. Not only are these miniscule pieces of rock NOT black opal, they look like something that chipped off my driveway. They aren't even big enough to tumble and see if they polish up. Both pieces came wrapped in a tiny piece of bubble wrap that I almost didn't see in the envelope. I almost wish I'd gotten an empty envelope rather than this nothing.

Opal Colors Very Dim
The size of the opal was accurate. The bright colors in the photo were very dim in the actual stone. Disappointing, but the price point was very good. Overall, it is still a value for jewelry making.

Absolutely beautiful!!!
I hardly leave reviews but this one defiantly deserves 5 stars I admit I was skeptical after reading the reviews but was Not at all disappointed! The opal is gorgeous it is fairly good size bigger than a dime and has amazing opalescence! I can see beautiful flashes of color in it from every angle and pictures don’t do It justice at all! Highly recommend! Thank you so much!
