Swish 1/2 to 1 tablespoon for 10-15 minutes, then spit it out. Rinse with water and brush as usual. Do not swallow.

Where should I spit it out?

Spit into a trash can or paper towel. Avoid the sink or toilet, where oil can build up in pipes.

Does it replace brushing or flossing?

No. Use it alongside your regular brushing, flossing, and dental visits.

What ingredients are in it?

Organic coconut, sesame, sunflower, and peppermint oils. Only the coconut oil is ozone-infused.

How should I store it?

Keep in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat. Refrigerate if you will not use it within a couple of months.
