This project was an excellence choice, had this projector for 2 years. however, the projector started to have some abnormalities, either with a burnt bulb or lens, not sure what it is. I emailed customer service about this issue to see where i could order a replacement bulb, so that i could get it fixed because buying a new projector was just out of the question and i knew that the warranty was up. Well to my surprise when a customer service agent replied back, they said they would still honor the warranty and replace it for free. Although, they didn't have the same model, they asked to make sure I wanted the upgraded model. I replied with that was fine. I was stunned and grateful that they were gracious enough to honor the warranty, when I've had this projector pass the warranty period. So thanks Happrun. So if there is a review out there that has given them 1 star, i know they didnt reach out to customer service. if your planning on buying a projector from this company, its worth it just from their customer service. Most companies are either rude, don't explain how to fix something or want you to buy another one of their products. Enough with the customer service, this project has been an awesome. the Bluetooth connectivity is great. I used this project in my game room and i play video games and watch movies on it. Its been better than the previous two projectors I've had from different companies. The picture is also very clear, but depends on the surface your putting it on, just like any other projector. you won't have 4k quality if your just putting it on a sheet or a projector screen that is older.

Great product and would recommend it to all who needs a low price with excellent operation

The media could not be loaded. Picture is great. This was only 80 bucks. I didn't want to pay a lot for a big screen TV, so this was perfect. This cast right on my wall like a big screen. I love it. You can connect phone, laptop, tablet. Has a remote. Love, love, love itUpdate: I've had it for a month and it worked great, and picture is great but now the sound doesn't work. It connects fine to phone and laptop and tablet but no sound. I'm returning for that reason. Reached out to manufacturer but got no response. So, I'm back to drawing board.

I purchased this Projector as I was very unsatisfied with the quality of the one, I bought at Walmart for my bedroom, man was I blown away. the picture quality even with the lights on is amazing. I've seen reviews about the sound being an issue, so I was a bit worried but, in my bedroom, I have no problems hearing whatever I'm watching or playing. after about 2 months I did have a strange white line forming on the projection, I contacted the sellers customer support and again I was floored by their speedy response to my issue, and to my surprise rather than give me some sort of run around or BS about where to get it fixed the support agent said and I quote "I don't want you to waste you precious time and hard earned money so we will send you a brand new unit." this type of support and assistance is amazing. they have definitely earned a lifelong customer.

broke during set up. focus and angle toggle came apart inside of machine. returned to an amazon kiosk at whole foods (on waugh dr.), scanned by amazon associate. to find out the next day that my return is "missing" or "hasn't been recieved for return processing". Back to whole foods i go In Houston Texas traffic. Thanks Amazon!!!

I don’t think I have ever left a review on a product I’ve bought but we just purchased this projector and I was so happy with it, took me about five minutes to set up and stream a movie from my phone. Set up the screen on my back deck and watched a movie outside and quality was awesome. Would definitely recommend this to anyone asking especially for the price. Sounded better than I thought also without hooking additional speakers to it.

There are things I like and things I don't.Likes: Not very complicated, so up and running in minutes. They are trying to upgrade the software in the unit so I assume there will be more to come. The picture is acceptable (with buts), and the size it reaches in a short distance produces a large-screen impact in the room. I was looking for an inexpensive TV for my space, and this is an OK alternative. The remote that comes with it is easy to use and make working with the projector easier than messing with buttons on the unit itself.Dislikes: The picture can be a bit blurry on the edges, and the image adjustor feels cheap. The sound is ok, but you really need to connect it to Bluetooth speakers to get the sound volume and quality. However, when you do connect it to an external speaker, I notices a distinct delay between sound and video (think old Japanese movies). Also the projector fans are loud and becomes distracting fast. You will want to sit it on a solid surface, like a stand to allow for airflow. The screen that comes with the projector is a waste of box-space and I really can't see anyone actually using this in their home. One addition note, my lens was extremely dirty when it arrives, and was full of fingerprints, so I don't know if this happened at the factory on install or if this unit had been used before.I have seen other reviewers complain of burn spots in picture after use for a while... I will update my review if that happens. So, all-in-all for the price it an OK solution, but you do need to think about additional add-ons to make it a better experience.

Great projector while it works, but broke after exactly one year.
