This has been perfect for teaching my 1st grader basic math skills. It’s simple, sturdy, and makes addition and subtraction so much easier to understand. My child loves using it, and it's been a great hands-on tool to make math more fun. It pairs perfectly with our homeschool curriculum that includes 10 frames to learn math skills.

This is a great set! My daughter is currently virtual learning and their teacher is teaching them happy 10's. She has the same one that she uses on camera to work with the kids. I decided to order one for my daughter so that she could do it along with the teacher. It's a great learning tool! My daughter loves it and likes playing school with it.

We got what we expected for the price. It's made of cheap plastic, but doesn't need to be anything fancy. Beads slide with ease. We have dropped it a few times and not damaged it, but I don't expect it to last forever. I will admit, it's a little bigger than I guessed it would have been.

I have screwed this to the wall next to my med shelf. When I take my morning meds I move one bead over for that day and do the same for my night meds. It is a great tool to help me remember if I have taken my meds or not.

This is much smaller than our old Melissa and Doug version. The size is a plus for us, and splitting the 10 beads into 5 red and 5 white helps translate this tool to using with 10-frames. Happy with this purchase.

We love this abacus. The size is perfect for storage and little people use. Easy to manage and the beads slide extremely smoothly. The red and white beads are perfect.
